Redeeming VIP Gems

Discus and support Redeeming VIP Gems in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; When will the vault be restocked? I have 500 VIP Gems that I want to redeem for the 10,000 rewards credits or the Visa Gift Card, but they are both out...     Redeeming VIP Gems


    When will the vault be restocked? I have 500 VIP Gems that I want to redeem for the 10,000 rewards credits or the Visa Gift Card, but they are both out of stock. I want to redeem these points before the transition to Microsoft Rewards
    because the points will become useless. Their current value is worth $10.00, but after the transition, they will become worth $0.50. On your website you stated that the exchange rate will be 1 VIP Gem for 1 Microsoft Rewards Point. The difference is that it
    takes 5,000 Microsoft Rewards Points for $1.00. That is an outrageous exchange rate! Please restock the vault, or change the exchange rate to more accurately reflect the value of the rewards.

    I still have not gotten my rewards points yet i have 12,000 from redeeming my vip gems. they're is no option for a deposit what can i do?.

    They should show as pending on the rewards site. They are scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month.
    no. when I redeemed my vip gems they asked for an email to send the code to redeem the reward points. I'm trying to say its been a few weeks, yet no email. and there is no status of them on the rewards site...
