    Redeeming September 2018 XBox Quest rewards


    To whom this may concern, I participated in September's Xbox Quest and completed all three tasks in September. It is to my understanding that rewards would be given within 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the Quest program in question (i.e. 4-6 weeks
    after October 15, 2018). However, I myself never got any notifications about getting a reward, so no reward was given. I was in a chat support session with Cedrick C. Cedrick C has confirmed that my completion of the XBox Quests has been authenticated and
    suggested that I post this question to escalate my issue in order to redeem the rewards.

    Update:

    Support session #2 had me write a support ticket, and sadly, it went nowhere. I was told to "contact Xbox Support."

    Support session #3 basically had me repeat my findings to a third support person, and at best, I am told "it would pass on to their superiors." I am told to give it 24-48 hours. Hopefully, something will come out of it.

    Keep in mind, I just went to Microsoft support just a few hours ago. This course of action was what was recommended to me. I will try again.
