Redeeming Reward Points

I just recently got enough points to get a $5 Xbox Gift Card. I don't have a phone and my parents won't let me use theirs to redeem the actual card. Is there any way I can redeem it without having to use a phone?

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

 

I already did and they told me to do this.

They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards program.
