    I current have enough gems to redeem the 5000 point card or the Visa card both worth 5 dollars both says out of stock and it also said can only be redeemed 2x a months when will it be restocked or is there only days it’s available it’s confusing me

    Rewards not added to account

    I did all my redeeming a couple weeks back. Gems,Surveys,ETC

    It is past the 15th and my rewards have not been deposited into my microsoft account.

    Hello,

    We update the vault with new items and restocking popular ones on a regular basis, so be sure to check back often. An out of stock item means there are no more copies of that item left in the vault.

    my vip gem rewards codes still not recived

    I redeemed another 100 points on GWENT 2 Card Kegs -100 MyVIP Gems

    using my main Xbox email address and received the code & code worked

    I used my Xbox alternate email address with the other three redeemed items
