Redeeming Madden 23 Digital code on XBox Series S

I redeemed Madden 23 digital code on Xbox Series S using my microsoft profile/account. I was able to download and play the game. My kid logged into Xbox Series S using his microsoft profile/account and is not able to access the game. How do I share this game to him?

did the dlc come as a digital redeem code in the ultimate edition, if so then as long as you are using the same account that redeemed it then it should work just as long as you have the base game digitally owned on the series s.

is it a 16 digit code? if so u have to enter it from the live menu in madden. then goto redeem code
