    we scratched off the code to redeem a gift card and scratched off the first three characters. What can we do? Don’t have a Kinect to take pics of any barcodes.

    Having trouble redeeming my Xbox live Gold gift card...

    Having trouble with redeeming my gift card. The card is activated. When trying to redeem it on my Xbox console, it says try another payment method,this is not a code from a gift card?? I then signed into my Microsoft account on my iPad and it seemed to all
    go through fine however when I look at my account details, it says a gift card has been purchased but there is no amount on the gift card???

    $50 Gift Card

    So I ordered an Xbox One from Microsoft a couple weeks ago when they had the $50 Xbox gift card deal. I got an email a week ago with the promo code and in the directions to redeeming it, it says that the Xbox gift card will expire 120 days after redeeming,
    so I was wondering, does anyone know if the promo code expires, or if it only expires once I redeem it? Would i have any problems redeeming it, in lets say half a year from now, because there are currently no Xbox games that I like yet. Thanks
