Redeeming Gift Card gone Wrong!

Hey,

I recently bought a fortnite Vbucks giftcard off Amazon and received it

I redeemed it onmy Xbox but I don't know which account I redeemed it on

I checked on both my accounts but it didn't show up.

And when I tried to redeem it again it says it's already been redeemed

(Obviously)

What The Hell Do I do?

Redeeming gift card in wrong store

Hi

i have faced strange issue during redeem process

a friend of mine gave me code of $15 US gift card after i redeemed it the balance went to
UAE region store instead

i was shocked becuse my account is US region and the code as well

i have chatted many times with the support and every body there insisted that the problem from my side so i contacted my friend and he told my that he bought a bunch of cards online and ha gave me one of them and the rest he used to fill his
US account which went perfectly

i noticed some thing strange both US and UAE
stores use the same currency which is USD and what that should be
AED for UAE store and i think this what makes my issue happen

now i have $15 useless amount in UAE store !!!!! (see the attached pic)

is there any way to transfer the amount or do some thing useless with that?

I have never bought a giftcard because I use my MasterCard and it is much better.
