REDEEMING GAME ADD-ON CODE

I need an admin to help me cause this is about a code I got from pre ordering "shadow of mordor" and the dark ranger pack codes wont work. I need help.

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

 

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

 

I just got the code from best buy for the 360. It says go to the menu by hitting the silver/green button, then games&apps, then redeem code. Did that-it gives me 2 codes to redeem on the thing both of which turn up invalid. I already had to wait an extra
month for this because the fact the 360/PS3 release dates weren't publicized as so much later, and this is a troubling issue

My box was properly sealed with no evidence of tampering(Even if any tampering wouldn't of been guarenteed at the store given that my grandfather picked it up for me while I was at work-but he has no reason to open it himself anyways), so the code should
be valid, assuming there's not a server overload or the codes simply are being activated after November 18th.

 

We are having the same issue as those listed above. Very disappointing indeed. Get it together Microsoft.

 

Yeah I got Shadow of Mordor for Xbox 360 yesterday and the only problem is that the 2 codes for the dark ranger pack comes out invalid so I just want to know how long do we have to wait for them to fix the problem.

 

I'm having this issue as well, my gamestop unlocks worked properly, my game installed correctly, but this code still isn't working, either of the two printed on the card

 

I have these problems how do I fix it
