    i have been trying to redeem a code since chirstmas morning it has 10 euro on it and when i put it in it was saying the services are down every time so i done it from my laptop...it put in the money and it said that they were in but when i went back on to
    xbox online they were not in my account but when i try and put them in my account now it keeps saying that they are already in my account but there never in my account so could someone please send me some feedback on my problem PLEASE!!

    I tried redeeming a new code but it says code already redeemed please help.

    https://commerce.microsoft.com     to double check that the amount was put into your account. Here are some possibilities as to why the currency may not be showing if the link shows that it is:

    1) Currency is not available for use on the website

    2) Your account is set up for a different region (country) than what the currency is for
