    Hi All,

    I bought a game from CDKeys and they sent me the code for a digital download. It didn't download. I've done all the checks that are mentioned (data capacity, wifi on), however because I've tried to download the game already, it won't attempt another download.
    I;ve contacted the CDKeys and they said basically the code was golden and I should contact XBox support. I know that is daft, but I have no idea what else to do. Anyone else resolved a similar issue? and if so, could you please offer any advise (other than
    don't buy from CDkeys). much appreciate it.

    Hi, James, I'm Luis a Xbox user just like you. Thanks for reaching out us here.

    Can you try deleting the account´s cache to see if the currency appears?

    Delete account Cache

    Remove Account:
    1. Press the Xbox button.
    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove.
    4. Close.

    Power Cycle:
    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

    2. Wait for 5 minutes and then turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

    Add Account:
    1. Press the Xbox button.
    2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.
    3. Enter the Email Address and the Password.
    4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.
    5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console again.

    CdKeys is an unauthorized third party seller and therefore purchases from them are not supported by Microsoft. Best of luck getting them to refund you

    I've tried to redeem a £5 prepaid code on both the console and on the website, both times it has said something has gone wrong.

    Hi, i recently got shadow of mordor and it came with a Dark Ranger Pack, but the two codes on the back are not working. please, can some one help me of give me a number to call?

    Just got the game an hour ago, tried redeeming them on the Xbox, just jumps to it being invalid tried redeeming them on this site least it acknowledge it was a code but just gave me a message indicating something has gone wrong.. how can it be so difficult
    to get a code to work ?

    Prepaid Code - Different regions

    Ok what i found out now... u can't even log in into a Region "Austria". If you redeem a code via PC and íf you are from Austria, you will always put your Money into a wrong Region (Germany)..

    Right now, you can only do it wrong because you cant redeem your code on the xbox and your Money is gone...

    Watch out!
