Redeeming a 16 digit Microsoft store gift card

Unfortunately this card only has a 16 digit code on the back. It also states that it is only for making purchases at Microsoft retail locations and is not redeemable for purchases online? So am I stuck with $150 of Microsoft Store gift cards?

I have the same problem: 16-digit gift card that states it can only be used at retail store locations and not redeemable for purchases online.

The problem is that the Microsoft resale locations that that gift card is likely for have permanently closed several of years ago.

retail stores were a separate company which is why their gift cards are different.

This is a gift card intended for use only at the physical stores, which are seperate from the online ones.

I just tried to use online support and they said I need to contact store support. Is there an email address i can contact? I've tried phone support already and they pointed me towards online support. I keep going in circles....
