    Redeemed Xbox VIP Rewards for Microsoft Rewards Points


    So, as we all know, Xbox rewards was merging with Microsoft rewards and I decided to spend all of the points that I could. I redeemed two (2) 5,000 Microsoft Rewards that should have been deposited on the 15th of June and nothing has happened yet. I contacted
    Microsoft Rewards and they referred me here. Is there anyone that can help me out?

    Points redeemed a month ago but haven’t been deposited

    I redeemed 750 my vip gems on may 5 for 15000 Microsoft reward points and have not received them in my Microsoft rewards. Will I ever get them?

    Never received my rewards!

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

    Don't bother posting to the support section of this forum. You will get an outdated FAQ response directing you to a web page that doesn't exist.

    Xbox Live Rewards on Twitter are saying the points should be transferred to Microsoft Rewards (or currency credit, it's never really been clear which) at the end of June 2018.

    I have not received my rewards cards

    If it was Microsoft Rewards points you redeemed for Xbox gift cards, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is separate.

    If it was VIP gems you redeemed, Rewards support will check on them here for you. If they were gift cards they would have been emailed to you. If they were for rewards credits, the credits would show as pending in on the Xbox Rewards site, but the credits
    would not be deposited into your account for use until the 29th.

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

    Why not? Im on VIP-Level 1 and have Gold (2% Reward-Points)
