Redeemed Xbox rewards points not given?

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer
support. You usually don't receive emails about sweepstakes entries, but you should have received one for the 12 month.

If you haven't done so already, you would need to use your Rewards points to redeem the gift card on the Rewards site. Then you will be given a 25 digit code to redeem.

The best and only way I know, is to use bing rewards. Every time you search on bing, you are given points. After you acquire so many points, you can redeem them for rewards from the bing rewards website, which includes game pass. You can also get reward points for purchasing from the Microsoft Store, using the Microsoft rewards app on the Xbox. Here is the website if you want to know more rewards.bing.com.

On the rewards app, i have the auto redeem on for the £5 gift card and it’s taken the point of my account but hasn’t given me the 5 pounds. I used the rest of my points for a £10 gift card on the app and that worked.

The points have now been given back instead of giving the £5 gift card

I have since successfully redeemed 2 100 point msp codes from Bing rewards, so that doesn't appear to have been the problem. It seems I was just given a 1200 point code instead of a 4000 point code in the e-mail.
