    Redeemed Xbox Live


    Hello,

    I redeemed a month of Xbox live gold from Microsoft rewards and have yet to receive it. I have nothing on my purchase history or no receipt in my email saying anything that I purchased it, but my reward points have been deducted from my account.

    Any ideas on how I can fix this?

    I got a code a few days later in Xbox Live message an redeemed it on Xbox website now I gotta wait till its bc, no more 360.

    You can redeem it on steam.

    You can't redeem a steam code on the xbox/microsoft store platform. You MUST buy it digitally on the microsoft store to use it on xbox live/windows live.
