    i recently redeemed 2 lots of warframe platinum through the vip vault and recieved my emails with the codes however when i go to redeem them i get the message "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web
    page." i contacted support and they linked me here letting me know that theres a specific link i need to use that only the rewards team know. any help is much appreciated

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Hello Tundrawolf420,

    The platinum is given via a redeemable code, and is not automatically Credited. You can find this code on the FREEdom Rewards mission page (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/) in the Warframe
    section. There is a button there that takes you to the redemption page.
