    Redeemed vbucks card


    I redeemed a vbucks card but it was put into my microsoft acct with a gamer name that has not been used since its mine as a parent. Do I need to create a acct on fortnite game itself with the gamer name I was given on Microsoft site to be able to spend those vbucks?

    What do I do so they can at least play and use that money in acct.

    It was supposed to go my kids acct but apparently I did it wrong. Ugh

    How did you redeem the Vbucks? Did you buy them with a credit card or did you use a Vbucks card?

    I suggest you try redeeming the code again and check your order history again if the Vbucks aren't added, if the code you redeemed doesn't work anymore, contact Microsoft or Epic Games depending on how you paid. If you used an Xbox gift card or a credit
    card or Paypal, contact Microsoft support. If you used a Vbucks card, contact Epic.
