    Hi, as in the subject above, on may 31st I redeemed some myvip gems for two rewards, 250gems x2 for 5000 rewards credits into my account. I am attaching a screenshot to show that transaction and on my pending side for the last 3 months including June. The
    transaction has yet to go through and its been almost 96hours.

    got a reply from Microsoft rewards, they indicated that this issue is handled by you guys. Can someone help?

    my vip gem rewards codes still not recived

    I redeemed another 100 points on GWENT 2 Card Kegs -100 MyVIP Gems

    using my main Xbox email address and received the code & code worked

    I used my Xbox alternate email address with the other three redeemed items

    Your 556 Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards Points when you are fully transitioned into Microsoft Rewards.
