Redeemed rewards to my old e-mail!

address is just used for correspondence from our program.

Read carefully in the e-mail because there you usually provide a link to redeem your reward or give you the code directly from your reward so you can go to the store to redeem it

I'm trying to redeem my xbox reward point but have to verify my account when i try it says they will send me an e-mail but i never receive it

You should be able to change the email address on your account page on xbox.com

I have as you suggested been onto my account page at xbox.com where the correct e-mail address is shown. It also shows the correct e-mail address on the redeem page at xbox.com.

The strange thing is that on the console redeem page it shows the old e-mail address. Yet in the settings on the xbox it shows the new correct address.

Basically the settings page on the xbox does not show the same e-mail address as the redeem page on the xbox.

I am baffled.

The E mail the windows live E mail. or is there a redeem code
