When did you redeemed the points?

If you did it couple minutes ago or recently, don't worry.

This can take a while sometimes, for example I redeemed 2 $10 Gift cards the last week, and the reward appeared after 30 hours in my account.

So, please allow up to 48 hours after redemption.

If maybe the issue persists or if you prefer do it now, the next step will be contact Microsoft Rewards support.

In that way they can look further on your account and tell you what's going on

Rewards credits are not emailed. They show as pending on the rewards site about 96 hours after you redeem them.
