Redeemed rewards email with no code

Hi,

I recently redeemed four rewards on your online store and recieved three blank emails with no codes in them and the fourth came through days later I’ve contacted Xbox support multiple times to no avail could you help sort this out please I’ve tried customer
support I’ve done live chats and multiple other solutions

Redeemed reward never received

I redeemed 2 10000 credit rewards and 2 5000 credit rewards using my gems a few days ago and never got an email with the code. Please help

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

Hello, so take the email with the code for the reward and redeem it on your xbox console. The emails will always go to the email address associated with the rewards program and not the email attached to the console.

When you redeem a reward from the rewards page, it comes as a code to your email so are free to redeem it on whatever account you wish.

You should have gotten an email with a code to redeem within 24 hours of redeeming. If you didn't receive the email, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it will either show the option to resend the email or it will show the code there.

They should show as pending on the rewards site. They are scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month.

no. when I redeemed my vip gems they asked for an email to send the code to redeem the reward points. I'm trying to say its been a few weeks, yet no email. and there is no status of them on the rewards site...
