Redeemed rewards but not showing in account

The rewards page says youve redeemed my points into my account but I cant see any evidence of this.

Redeemed 12 months of Xbox Gold

Over Christmas I was given two 3 months subscription cards and a 6 month subscription card. I redeemed them and I got my 12 months, but it is not showing up anywhere on my Xbox live rewards account, I have nothing pending, and it is showing I was never credited. Any
help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Since May 5th, 20,500 Rewards Redeemed for 20.5$ still not credited

I have 20,500 reward points based on 1000 plus VVIP points. I redeemed for $10 x 2 reward credits. It's showing since May 5th. I waited for 15th May nothing happened and then 30th may also passed. STill showing in credits meter .

Other member accounts have already received their rewards.

Can u fix it pls?

Deposits as currency can be confirmed from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount (since we are adding funds to your account).

If it was for rewards credits, the credits would show as pending on the Rewards site about 96 hours after you redeemed them. Then they would be deposited into your account by the following 15th or 30th of the month.

The credits should show as pending in your rewards account. If you redeemed them before April 1, they should be deposited into your account for use on April 12.

Hi, I believe the option to redeem the 1 month of Game Pass Ultimate should show up as something you can redeem for 0 points on the

Redeem page for your Microsoft Rewards account once you have successfully completed the activities for Cosmic Rescue.

If it's not showing up there for some reason and you did successfully complete all the missions for this activity, I'd reach out to

Microsoft Rewards' customer support directly. Hope that helps!
