    redeemed points (Support)


    I redeemed my gems for a 3 month and 1month subscription to game pass, but am unsure whether or not it went to the correct email for them, and want to make sure it goes to the right email as I don't want to lose out on the rewards I claimed,

    any help would be great

    redeemed 29000 points for gold and dont have gold. points gone.

    i redeemed my reward and my points are gone, was online with support with no help from them whatsoever.

    How can I redeem the Microsoft Points gift cards now?
    If you go to that page you linked to, it says at the bottom:

    "We’ll continue to accept purchased Microsoft Points Cards and codes
    until further notice"

    [Emphasis by me]

    So if I remember correctly, it was announced at some time that Point codes had to be redeemed until March or April 2015, after which you can't redeem them anymore.

    So unfortunately, you can't redeem your point codes nowadays.

    MS HELP NOT HELPING

    Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013 and codes were made to expire after a certain amount of time after that. Even with support, if it won't redeem, there's no way to make it redeem.

    Microsoft Rewards does NOT work.

    They send you a code after you use the points to redeem it. If the points are still in your account and you're not getting anything, then you'll need to contact Rewards support.
