Discus and support redeemed points issue (help) in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i redeemed my points for both a 3 month and 1 month game pass, but am unsure if it is going to correct email and don't want to lose out on my rewards...     If you are trying to redeem the Microsoft Rewards points, try logging completely out of your profile and closing the page, clear the cache in your history and signing back in. Then try to redeem, if that doesnt work you'll have to contact Microsoft Rewards
    Support.
