Discus and support redeemed points issue (help) in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i redeemed my points for both a 3 month and 1 month game pass, but am unsure if it is going to correct email and don't want to lose out on my rewards...     i redeemed my points for both a 3 month and 1 month game pass, but am unsure if it is going to correct email and don't want to lose out on my rewards

    not sure what to do,

    Redeemed gems for a vault prize (10k & 5k reward points) and I still haven't received them HELP

    I redeemed my gems and haven't received my rewards. The gems show as redeemed please help and send my 15k reward points Thank you

    Redeemed 800 Microsoft points code on Xbox.com and the 2013 beta programme took all my points. Need help on getting my points back.

    yes, I have not received either code, so I just want to make sure I will get them, and that I don't lose out on my rewards.

    If you are trying to redeem the Microsoft Rewards points, try logging completely out of your profile and closing the page, clear the cache in your history and signing back in. Then try to redeem, if that doesnt work you'll have to contact Microsoft Rewards
    Support.
