    hi there, I recently 02/08/18 redeemed 15,000 points on 3 months xbox live but I never received the email containing the code,

    I have been in contact with xbox live and they referred me to here and I also created a ticket on the rewards support page.

    I ran out of xbox live so had to purchase more but I would love to get my 3 months added to what I have had to purchase.

    I redeemed points for xbox live gold and 3montgs of gamepass but didn’t receive yhem. Now im out 41,000 points. How do i get points back?

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

    Hello, did you receive an email confirming the usage of the points for Xbox Live purchase? You should also receive an email which will contain the Xbox Live code.
