Redeemed points but didn’t receive anything

Discus and support Redeemed points but didn’t receive anything in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I redeemed points for xbox live gold and 3montgs of gamepass but didn’t receive yhem.     Redeemed points but didn’t receive anything


    I redeemed points for xbox live gold and 3montgs of gamepass but didn’t receive yhem. Now im out 41,000 points. How do i get points back?

    Forza 7 5000 points and items

    I have pre-ordered forza 7 and I was on my rewards page I received the 10 keys for pre-ordering but I didn’t receive my 5000 points and I also didn’t receive the vip pack or the hoonigan pack from the keys because those were the two things I won. I just
    want my points and my packs.

    Forza 7 rewards program.

    Hey EdgyDinosaur,

    When you say that you redeemed points for those subscriptions are you referring to Microsoft Rewards points that you turned in for the subscriptions?

    If there was an issue with you getting those subscriptions then I would suggest to fill out a

    support form to the Rewards team     to review your rewards account.

    I hope the rewards team can assist you with this matter!

    Why isn't my Auto-Redeem working?

    They sent me a reply pretty quickly, but all it says is that they are working on it and I didn’t receive any points or anything.

    Yes but it didn’t do anything it just showed me step on how to redeem a code on Xbox .

    There was no code.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    When you redeem Microsoft Rewards points, the reward is sent via email in the form of a redeemable code. Have you checked to see if you received it?

    If you haven't received anything via email, check to see if the points redemption appears in your history on this website:

    https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/orderhistory?fo...

    There you should see a button to resend the content.

    Missing Rewards

    Once I got all the check marks I could see that I’d received the 2000 points, but I didn’t see the sweepstakes entries until I went to my Microsoft profile page and clicked Redeem. Found them there and then had to submit them, so I’m glad I checked because
    I was thinking they were submitted automatically.
