    I redeemed a code for the soundtrack for Black Ops 3 today. After I redeemed on my mobile it said I couldn't redeem on my mobile. So I used a laptop only for it to advise that it had already been redeemed. Is there a way to reverse this as if it can't be
    redeemed on a mobile device then it's really to redeemed as it can't be used that way. Is there a way to get the code so I can redeem correctly and use it.?

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    I redeemed a game code that I received when I purchased Assassins Creed: Origins Deluxe edition on my wrong account and I'm wondering if there's a way I can redeem it again (with proof of purchase of game and code of course).

    I understand that. What I am saying is that the code was sent from (I assume) Microsoft, and I never had input in the region, so what do I do with the code now. Keep in mind, I have no intention of changing my region just to redeem a code that was sent for
    the wrong region for some reason.

    Ok what i found out now... u can't even log in into a Region "Austria". If you redeem a code via PC and íf you are from Austria, you will always put your Money into a wrong Region (Germany)..

    Right now, you can only do it wrong because you cant redeem your code on the xbox and your Money is gone...

    Theres unfortunately nothing that can be done about that. Once a code is redeemed there is no way to reverse that process.
