Redeemed MUT coins but not showing

I bought MUT coins for Madden and redeemed them on my account but they aren't showing up in the game

The game takes my coins, but the game does not start. The timer is advancing but no numbers are showing up. This has happened in the last two games. I have lost coins.

 

Try to reboot your console. If it still does not show, you need to contact the game publisher.
