Redeemed Microsoft Rewards cards not showing up

    I ordered a $5 Xbox card on my Microsoft Rewards page. This was on 12/9 and still have not received an email or a credit on my Xbox Live account.

    Redeemed 12 months of Xbox Gold

    Over Christmas I was given two 3 months subscription cards and a 6 month subscription card. I redeemed them and I got my 12 months, but it is not showing up anywhere on my Xbox live rewards account, I have nothing pending, and it is showing I was never credited. Any
    help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Xbox rewards

    Xbox Rewards credits cannot be redeemed towards a Microsoft store gift card. You may be referring the Microsoft Rewards program which can be redeemed towards gift cards. You would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    It might take a couple minutes before it shows up. I just redeemed 4,650 Microsoft Reward Points for the $5 gift card. You should also get an email to confirm the transaction happened.

    Just checked my microsoft rewards and the gift cards option for both currency and my current goal of a 12 month card are still showing as available and have a redeem option on them, Im using Edge browser for the rewards aswell.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. Rewards points can only be used to redeem gift cards through the Rewards program, not to be used to make purchases on Live. You would
    need to save up enough to redeem an Xbox gift card and then use the money from that gift card.
