    Redeemed item not showing up in game


    So a few months ago, I bought my nephew the rc creeper toy for Christmas and it came with a code for in game creeper boots of some sort. As soon as I got it, I redeemed that into my account. Never seen it, but figured maybe it took a while and forgot. Well now, I've been on a redeeming spree and realized I still never found that item. It is not under owned items or anything in the minecraft marketplace, but yet in my microsoft account I can still see that order where it was redeemed and put into my account. One of my mcdonalds items is also missing, So my question is, do you know where to find this item or how to fix it?

    Hi Rudy,

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. I would like to clarify did your son redeem the code under your account and is it not showing up? As long as the code was redeemed on the account that you play through it should grant you the items in game.

    Check your
    order history     through your account to see if it shows up that the code was redeemed on there.

    If it's not showing up double check under what account he was signed in through to see if it was redeemed on a different account.
