Redeemed gems to credits no deposit yet

I redeemed a 10k credit reward with my gems on the 23rd the site shows they are there but the currency amount has not been given to me yet. Can anyone answer why? I do not know the exact date of when they will be redeemed to 10$ the site does not have a
set date other then the 15th or 30th. I did have some changed to currency a couple days ago.

Incorrect rewards deposited into account

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. So it sounds like you requested a deposit and then redeemed gems for the 10,000 rewards credits. So what you got was the deposit you requested. The credits
you redeemed from the gems would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.

 

Missing reward credits

The option to request a deposit is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. So you would not have been able to request a deposit at 21,000 credits. If you request a deposit and then redeemed gems for rewards credits,
the credits from the gems are scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month.

 

They would be scheduled to be deposited on April 12.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month.

 

if that's the case why did a small handful of 4020 deposit before then even though i redeemed them both on same day?

 

If you requested a deposit while you had the 4020 pending, you would have requested them in time for the deposit on the 29th, but any credits that were added as pending after that request would not have been included with that.
