redeemed Gems not deposited

I redeemed 250 gems twice for a total of 500 Gems and requested the 5000 Microsoft points both times. It showed it went through and deducted my Gems but no points were ever deposited. Please deposit the 10,000 MS points to my account.

Can't redeem Gems!

Was able to redeem gems with persistent tries but would still like to know about my redeemed my vip gems that don't say deposited.

Where is my stuff

my credits havent been deposited and nor does it give me the option to request them deposited they now amount 13k but was just over 12k when it hit 30th .

I also claimed many rewards using my gems

despite saying redeemed i dont have any

it promted me to give my current email upon using the gems which

i did so can i get some help i asked someone through live chat but

they aint got a scooby and the twitter help is a joke

When you redeem credits, they are added as pending on the MyRewards section of the site about 96 hours after you redeemed them. Once pending, they follow the normal deposit rules (deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month). If you redeemed the
gems after May 15, they will be deposited later this month.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. So it sounds like you requested a deposit and then redeemed gems for the 10,000 rewards credits. So what you got was the deposit you requested. The credits
you redeemed from the gems would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.

the credits from the gems are scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month.
