Redeemed Gears Of War 4 key

I have redeemed gears of war 4 for Windows 10 and it fails to show up as owned. Microsoft support has sent me here.

hey texas scottsman NVidia just announced that they revoked any gears of war 4 key redeemed through there promotion that they believe were redeemed through illegitimate means ( like purchasing the GTX and cancelling it just to get a code ) if you got it
legitimately and they removed it contact NVidia

I redeemed a gears of war 4 code Dec 25, I still haven't receive the gears of war collection code.

Have you done the Anniversary update on Windows 10? I recommend starting out by searching 'Check for updates' within the Start menu and fully update your PC. Next, search for 'Gears of War 4' in the Windows Store and select the appropriate edition you pre-ordered
and you should be able to install from there.

I have and the install option still won't pop up.

redeem.geforce.com/en-us it then connected to Microsoft account and it redeemed the code after that.
