Redeemed Game display under my account but cannot found in my library

I purchased NBA 2K19 for Xbox one redeem code and redeem the game successfully in XBO console.

Then I access to my game & apps. I cannot see the game in neither "Ready to install" nor "Installed".

I did try:

- unplug/plug the power

- remove/add account

- refresh my account

None of above helps.

Can anyone help me with this current situation?

I purchased the digital game from a retailer, not the MS store. I can find the game in Xbox store but I have to pay a second time. The one I purchsed in the library (first one). But I cannot see it in my console

Sorry to hear it. If the game is not in your ready to install list then please find it in the Xbox Store and start the download. Also, some cards purchased from gaming stores and sites do not have the game but do have currency to purchase the game (this
is usually the case with cards purchased from Gamestop). Please log in to
https://account.microsoft.com to check to see if you have currency on your account.

When I redeem the code, It displayed the name of the game. As the screnshot shows, the game can be seen in my game library... but canot see in the console library

Like Onyx Is Here mentioned, if this was a prepaid card, sometimes they will give you the currency to buy the game rather than a digital download.
One key thing to notice is once you input your code it will display either the name of the game or currency being added to your account. Another way to know for sure is most of the time if its a game code it will start the download automatically. You can always
check your account history and see what was the last thing that was added to your account. GL.
