Redeemed for 10000 reward credits and ...

It should take about 96 hours for the credits to show as pending.

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing into
your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we will not be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Looking at your earlier post, I have to say you are confusing the two different "currencies" used in Xbox Rewards. Here you are showing the credits earned, but this is completely different than the 372 GEMS you claim this number dropped to and are showing
in your other post. There are Credits and Gems on Rewards - Credits are used to redeem in the Xbox/Microsoft Marketplace, Gems earned can be redeemed for select physical merchandise. It is almost impossible for anyone to have earned over 9000 in Gems at this
time since it has only been in place for about 3 months. 9000 credits equates to $9, 10000 Gems amounts to about $400-$500 in redeemable goods. Your Credit amount will be on your My Rewards page unless they have already been deposited into your Microsoft account,
which you would see them there.

It's only possible to request a deposit when you have between 1,000 and 5,000 credits pending. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Otherwise, credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th
of the month after you get to 5,000. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So if you got the credits 1 week
ago, they would be scheduled for the April 12 deposit.

I see. I wonder why it gives you the option to request a deposit, if you can't receive it. There needs to be more information provided so you know that there's no way you can receive a deposit in less than 30 days if you have a amount of 5000 or more. 2
hours of waiting and chatting with Xbox Live support to get several different answers (which were all wrong) over 10 bucks from a system that's' put into place to encourage people to spend 100's of dollars for 5 or 10 back. Waste of time.
