Today I bought xbox one with Fortnite Bundle with xbox live gold code for my son. I logged in to my profile afterwards and in my son's game profile. But I activated an xbox live gold code on my profile and a Fortnite code on his profile. Is there the option
to transfer xbox live gold to my son's account because he can not use all the extras from the game now. And it was a mistake, and I do not know whether it's fixable now.

Xbox One code redeemed on wrong account

I redeemed a game code that I received when I purchased Assassins Creed: Origins Deluxe edition on my wrong account and I'm wondering if there's a way I can redeem it again (with proof of purchase of game and code of course).

Hey there Irena!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue with redemption of those codes.

I split the post you had put up into a new thread so that we could tailor support specifically for your issue.

Now, there is no way for you to transfer a subscription from one account to another, but you can share Xbox Live with your son by signing into your profile (the one with Xbox Live Gold), going to Settings>Personalization>My Home Xbox and setting your console
as your profile's home. This will make it so that any digitally downloaded game and Xbox Live gold will be shared with any other gamertag on that console. Please note that this does not mean that anything you buy will be shared. Just the games and Gold. For

Other than that, the only other option that could potentially help you out would be to contact
Customer Support
directly so they can outline any other option you have.

If you've redeemed the code on the wrong account you will need to contact Customer Support to see if they can cancel it on the wrong account and issue you a code to redeem on the correct account.

Codes are one time use only. So if you already redeemed it on an account, even if it's the wrong account, there's no way to redeem it on another account.

Is there any chance you accidentally redeemed the code on the wrong account? This would be the only reason why the code would redeem but you cannot find it on your account afterwards.
