    Redeemed Code to Wrong Account


    I have multiple live accounts, where one is registered to my Xbox One X and controller, but the other is an old account that was associated with an older Xbox that no longer exists, and I have not used at all in a good while.

    I went to redeem a Game Pass code I received as a gift on my computer, and only realized afterwards that I had redeemed it while signed in to the wrong account. Now I have an account on my Xbox One without game pass, and an account with game pass that is not associated with my Xbox One and never gets signed into.

    Do I have any options to get the game pass on the correct account without spending an additional $50? Any sort of account merge or transition of game pass?

    I can't log into my xbox live service.

    If you've redeemed the code on the wrong account you will need to contact Customer Support to see if they can cancel it on the wrong account and issue you a code to redeem on the correct account.

    Codes are one time use only. So if you already redeemed it on an account, even if it's the wrong account, there's no way to redeem it on another account.

    Is there any chance you accidentally redeemed the code on the wrong account? This would be the only reason why the code would redeem but you cannot find it on your account afterwards.

    You would have to try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do. Otherwise, nothing can be transferred between accounts. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
