    Sorry nothing can be done about that, have to be very mindful of where you are redeeming things.

    Hello Ricardo,

    The game does not seem to be listed as redeemed here, but when i attempted the code in store just now it said that the 'game will be added to (my old email of the same microsoft account). So the game must have been redeemed by this email address. I even tried logging in with my old email address.

    Happened to me as well. Code was emailed to an old email that is attached to a different account that has never even touched Halo 4. Code was also redeemed for that account, and cant be redeemed again...

    I open the chat with Microsoft service. I investigated with operator every step and...there is no reason. Probably my account will be update in future with same email address, but at the moment, if I redeem a code with old mail, the game it will be present
    on my main email.
