    Redeemed code online, but it didn't download my Pre-Order Bonus


    I pre-ordered the Borderlands Pre-Sequel game, and redeemed the code for the pre-order bonus content on xbox.com. I have finally reached the point in game, to play the pre-order bonus, but it says I do not own it. I looked under my purchase history, and
    none of the codes I have redeemed online are there. Where do I find the codes I have redeemed on xbox.com so that I may try to download it to my xbox 360 console?

    Missing wwe2k19 characters from redeemed code

    We redeemed code for wwe 2k19 pre order bonus, it is showing the pre-order bonus as installed in the recently installed list in My Games and Apps, but the characters are not in the game under downloaded characters.

    Any help gratefully received

    did not get my pre order bonus

    i pre ordered wwe 2k17 and when i got the game i redeemed the code for the pre order bonus and it said "something went wrong on at our end" and i did not get my pre order code

    Nevermind... I found the option to "Redownload Xbox Content" link & was able to download it from there. Redeemed code online, but it didn't download my Pre-Order Bonus :) OOPS.

    Sorry for the frustration with the code not showing. Have you checked all messages under Messages from Xbox live, and made sure the code is not there. Also you will have to
    contact support
    as to there is no way forum teams can look up account for the pre-order and handle anything with the account.

    Destiny Rise of Iron issue

    You can't pre-order. Gamestop pre-order is flat out false advertisement. I even got an email confirming my preorder... Got one today that said "rise of iron is available for download."

    Went to redeem the code.. Got 30 dollar gift card. Cant use the gift card towards rise of iron. Won't be getting pre-order bonus items. Why is this practice OK?

    No, man, the codes were a pre-order bonus in the UK. You didn't have to get the LE. You just had to pre-order from whoever was doing the promo.
