Redeemed code on xbox series s and it will not show up to download game.

Go to My Games and Apps

Move down to the Full Library section

Select the Owned Games tab at the top

Search the game title.

Select the title and hit Install All

This will queue the title up and begin the installation process.

Since the Series S is an all-digital console, it supports digital Xbox One games. Hello, I have the same issues as ZxXxJonesxXxZ.

I redeemed the code (part of a fifa 17 / Xbox one S bundle), game does not show up. It is also not in my purchasing history, but I cannot redeem it again.

I downloaded the demo version first, then after I redeemed the code, I also redeemed my EA Access code to play the Early Access (trial) version of Fifa 17.

But the game I bought is nowhere to find...

When these games came with the console, was the console new (i.e. from retailer) or second-hand?

Were the games already installed or did you download them by redeeming a code? If by a code, you need to log into the same account that was logged in when redeeming those codes (and therefore became their owner).

For all the other games, make sure you are logged into the same account(s) which initially downloaded the games, otherwise they will not show up.

Unless there are 2 separate codes, you would just redeem the code like you normally would and download and play on the One. Once you have a Series X/S, you can download the next-gen version through your games and apps.
