    URGENT!!! Please HELP! Customer support directed me here.

    Bought MICROSOFT XBOX E-VOUCHER and redeemed code but can't download any games. I Input code in different games but not able to download them from anywhere.

    Xbox support didn't help me to find my 50 USD says that THIS CODE IS ALREADY REDEEMED however I didn't receive my money that is why I am not able to download nor do I see in my order in my order history or payment.

    When I redeem code my old email address is listed . I believe this issue is being caused by my "sign-in" email address and the address listed for when I redeem codes do NOT match. The redeem code email shown on my xbox is an old work address
    and my new xbox email address is different

    This is very frustrating to spend 50 USD on a console and game and not be able to play. Please HELP!

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an with a code you redeemed on an account you did not intend to redeem it on. Unfortunately, when you redeem a code it can not be moved to another account. In order to use the content for your code
    you must sign into the account it was redeemed on.

    yeah, typed mine in under my madden/redeem code, comes up invalid. Got my email from marketing, email gave me the same redeem instructions as the email with the code had. No help at all

    Have not redeemed the code, only saw the email today. Entered it a few times, said it was invalid. Then my girlfriend signed into her account and attempted to enter her code, also said it was invalid. Neither code works on either account.

    Well on researching your particular error code it comes up as an invalid email address. Double check that you're typing the email address in properly. One person on the net accidentally used the hyphen instead of a period.
