    Redeemed a rewards from the MyVip vault and never received it


    I redeemed 500 gems for the smite better with friends pack and they said it’ll be sent to my email. Provides the email, lost the gems, never got the rewards. Checked spam and everything. Worst pet is is that it’s one redemption per person apparently so I
    can’t just retry. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Havent received myvip rewards

    I also didn't receive myvip vault rewards that I received any ideas why? It was the 10,000 and 5,000 credits that was worth 500 and 250 gems that I redeemed either Monday or tuesday

    MyVIP rewards not received

    I tried to redeem 3x 75 Platinum for Warframe from the MyVIP Vault on 02/04/2018 and haven't received them, despite them showing as redeemed.

    You email was delivered to a ".clm" email address, which was likely an accidental typo. Our other team will reach out to you via private message with this code, since we cannot alter user-registered information. You can see your messages by clicking your
    profile in the top right corner of this website, and selecting "Messages" from the drop down menu that appears.

    VIP reward not working?

    Unfortunately, since the program has ended in your region, you can no longer spend Gems or use the MyVIP Vault. As stated in the transition FAQ:

    What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?You’ll have until May 31, 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until June 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused
    MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership
    is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.
