Redeemed a gift card but it still shows in progress

I used my Microsoft Rewards point to redeemed 6 gift card, but 2 of them are still in progress.

It already stuck approximately 8 hours, and sent a request to support team but no answer.

Can somebody help me? Thanks.

I understand you need help on your rewards problem.

I would suggest to wait for their response regarding this if you have already submitted a request about your concern. Most of the time when they are showing as in progress, they are still pending and would just go through in time due to delays, it might take within 24 hours.

The report you submitted would also be responded once it has already been catered as it could still be on queue and might take a while for you to get a response but I am sure you will definitely receive a reply regarding your report.

When I go to Redeem, it shows progress bar for the Xbox Gift Card but I can't click it. Even when I try to set any reward as goal and smash the button a thousand times, it doesn't set it as goal. Please note, I don't have enough points to redeem even $1 gift card.

Gift cards can only be used in the region they are made for. So the card might redeem, but it will still show as dollars, not Euros and you would only be able to make a purchase if you change the region of your account.
