Redeemed a code for a game, it seemed to work, but it never appeared in Download History or ...

I redeemed a code for Sniper Elite 3 through xbox.com on my girlfriend's gamertag, but the game both hasn't started downloading or appeared in her history. Trying the code again reports that it has been used, but there's no actual game being activated. I'm
suspicious that it might have been an Xbox One code (I won it in a contest, was told it would be a 360 code), but have no way to determine this at present. Any suggestions about what I can do to resolve this?

Hey there! I'm not sure I understand the translation properly, but it sounds like you had a code for bonus content, which you redeemed and started downloading, but then you stopped the download, is that correct? Now the code won't work any more? If you already
redeemed the code once, you can redownload it from your Purchase History, found in the Account Management option. Does this help you out?

Sunset Overdrive..Where is it?

Today I got the Sunset Overdrive edition Xbox One Console. I went to the games tab and redeemed my digital download code for Sunset Overdrive. I got the message "You now own Sunset Overdrive Day One Edition."

However, when I go to "My games and apps," the game is nowhere to be found. Not even in the queue. When I go to each version of Sunset Overdrive in the store, it gives me an option to purchase the game, but not download it.

I started downloading the free games available and all of those seem fine.

I essentially just redeemed the code, got the confirmation, but the download never started. And I cannot re-enter the code.

Any advice, guys?

i guess xbox Support would be able to check it

you can view your "purchases" on
https://billing.microsoft.com, you could try and see if it listed there, but im not sure on if you can check games redeemed per ppc on your own

I would call support and they can look at your account and see whats going on. They might be able to tell you if it was a 360 or a xbox one code. I'm thinking it was a code for the xbox one. Usually as soon as you start a download it will show up in your
download history. For support call 1-800-469-9269 US/Canada

If the code appears as redeemed in the order history of her account the code worked, please share a screenshot of the order history where you see the code as redeemed and another from the web store after login where you are redirected by pressing the game picture from the order history

Hi, Nestor. Tried everything, but redeemed game does not appear neither in My Games nor Order History/Purchases. It does not appear in Edge on Xbox, nor does it appear in Firefox (both on account.xbox.com and account.microsoft.com) on PC. It's as if the
game was never redeemed. But it was, and key was purchased on cdkeys IIRC and redeemed on console. What happens if we need to reformat or reset the console? How will we able to install the game if there's no record of it in Order History/Purchases? Can the
code be redeemed again?
