    Redeemed £75 worth of Reward Points, haven't received them


    So I used the Microsoft Rewards feature last night to redeem £75 worth of Xbox Gift Cards (nearly 100,000 reward points), and I am still yet to receive the funds into my Microsoft account. It's currently been ~18 hours since I redeemed the points, so I would have assumed I would have got them by now.

    Has anyone else ran into similar issues where maybe it just takes a couple days to go into your account? I haven't received any emails or anything either.

    ahh, see i was looking for a way to check my redemption history but couldn't find one. now that you've confirmed it's a thing though i happened to find it straight away and can see my points are "in progress." There is no 'Resend' option yet but I assume that'll be visible after a while. I'll wait until tomorrow and see what happens :)

    It can take up to 24 hours to receive the funds after redeeming the gift cards. If you don't receive them after that, check your order history on the redemption page. They will either list codes for the funds there or give the option to resend them. If that doesn't work or isn't available for some reason, you would need to contact Microsoft Rewards support.

    Do you mean you redeemed the code on your Microsoft account and the points aren't showing up in game, or you redeemed it from Microsoft Rewards and haven't received that code yet?

    If it's from Rewards, keep in mind it takes up to 24 hours to receive anything you redeem. If you don't receive it in that time, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it'll either list the code there or give the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

    Spending Gems in the Vault is lame and broken.

    Just got awarded 500 gems for hitting the Overlord achievement, go to redeem them and the only thing I can use them on is a Smite bundle and Gigantic Rubies,which I dont play either of them. So I've got 778 gems now which were worth up to 15000 reward points
    that are now worth 778 Microsoft points. The rewards system was to give something back to the gamers not take it away!
