    Redeemed Xbox rewards points not given?

    So I have 67k lifetime points, and had 45k available, so I redeemed my points on the 5th July 2018 for 12 months of gold and some contest entries but never recieved anything or any confirmation but now all my points are gone....

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

    I looked up your account, and it shows that you are no longer a member. Any Points you had in our program were either converted or deleted, when you quit. Any other rewards you have been earning after you left our program, are part of a Microsoft Rewards
    program. Smwutches directed you correctly to their Customer Support.

    Yes, 12 months is gone and price for one month went from 6800 to 8500 points. It is inflation because of the new ultimate program. Same was with game pass after a while. You can't find 12 months for a long time now. Will 12 gold will be back? I think so,
    but not for the price of 29000 as before. The best option is to upgrade to ultimate. You have gold and game pass for x and PC. The best deal around.

    I am not 100% sure exactly what your question is asking. You are able to redeem reward points for xbox live gold. Complete some of the quests in the rewards app and you will have enough points to redeem for a gold subscription. Does this help at all?
