    Redeemed 1250 vault gems - No email codes received.


    Hi,

    On 7th April 2018 I redeemed 1250 gems in the vault for a 3-Month Xbox Live Gold Subscription and World of Tanks 7 days Premium Time. I have not yet received the emails with the codes for the items I redeemed.

    The email address is correct for my account and nothing has been sent to my spam folder.

    Any help you could offer to help resolve this issue would be much appreciated.

    Hello,

    I recently received an email saying the existing reward system was changing, so I wanted to make sure I redeemed my Gems. I chose to redeem said Gems for 3 months of Gamepass (1000 Gems) and received a code a day or so later.

    Upon trying to redeem that code, I received the following message ""This token has expired and cannot be redeemed."

    Can you please assist me in this matter?

    Update

    I have received reward codes in the past to my alternate email address so the email isn't the problem

    if the items are unavailable then please give me my 1200 MyVip Gems back so i can use them on something else

    Our win fulfillment team has sent your prize emails to your vault registered email. You may also wish to keep an eye on your junk mail folder, as we have had reports of some emails automatically filtering prizes there.

    The "redeemed" on the Gems statement is just a record of you spending Gems to claim that item from the Vault. It does not track when you actually redeem the code from the redeem.microsoft.com site.
