Redeemed 10000 did not show up, support told me to post

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review your pending Credits on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

I went to retrieve the $50 visa gift for 2000 gems but after imputing the information it said i had redeemed 10000 microsoft points for 500 gems instead. I sent in a ticket to the rewards team within minutes and was told via email response that after investigating
the issue, the Microsoft Support Team is better handled on this matter. They in turn, after calling, told me they are unable to fix this issue and the rewards department would need to handle this. I was to reply to this email to fix this. I did explaining
the details and have not had any contact after multiple attempts.

They were wrong to tell you to post here as the rep system is nothing to do with support.

There is no set time period on how long it takes your rep to improve but it will take longer if you only play one game.

Any report you file needs to be investigated first which takes time.Just because nothing has happened to these individuals yet doesn't mean nothing will happen.

There are loads of games you can play.

The free mmo's like World of Tanks,Neverwinter,Trove,Star Trek Online to name a few.
