    i purchased the xbox one builders edition for my son for xmas. We redeemed the codes on what "he" thought was his xbox account but it is the wrong account. Can we get these transferred to the correct account?

    Sorry, once redeemd on an account it cant be switched over. Have to be very careful when redeeming things to make sure the account is correct. Only option is to gift yourself the money or which ever purchase you are trying to get to the correct account.
