Discus and support redeemcode cannot work in xbox one in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm having trouble redeeming Xbox Live Gold 12 months. It's no show the code.     redeemcode cannot work in xbox one


    I'm having trouble redeeming Xbox Live Gold 12 months. It's no show the code. Just show work in trouble. I had bought the code in Hongkong 2month ago.

    I've tried in China\HONGKONG\TAIWAN\USA, But all did not work, always returns the same error.

    so how can I redeem my code?

    Ok, I just checked and the game is available for purchase and download in Russia. Are you trying to add it via the Xbox One or an Xbox 360 console? If it's by the Xbox One could you try redeeming the code on the website and see if that works?

    What is the error code that you receive?

    You say that you've tried using different countries. Which country is your gamertag set for? Which country do you live in? Where did you purchase the code from?

    My research on that error code suggests one of a few possible reasons for it.

    1. Your region (country) is not set for the same region that you physically live in

    2. You purchased the code for a different region than your gamertag is set for.

    3. You have a billing suspension on your account that could be preventing you from adding this

    4. Your billing info does not match your gamertag and/or physical region.

    i am also having problems to redeem codes...i paid first time 25chf(swiss) to renew my gold account and wasnt accepted...i thought maybe i just can renew for ayear....paid again 79chf and still nothing not accepted....i did it through my bank.
