    Redeemable codes lost how do I get them back

    You'll need to be patient for a response from support. Creating multiple threads will not get a response any sooner. Official support hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PST and they typically respond to threads from oldest to newest so it can take a couple
    of days to receive a response.

    im sorry ive never had to do this thing before so i was unsure and my last question is if its from oldest to newest would there happen to be a list or order perhaps?

    The non-sticky posts at the top of the first page of forum are the newest. So the farther back the posts, the older they are.
